1.0 CORPORATE SAFETY POLICY AND PROCEDURES

The Company safety philosophy has been developed to reflect and communicate the proactive safety attitude maintained at this company.

The company will comply with appropriate safety and security laws and regulations such as those established by:

• The Occupational Safety and Health Act

• Department of Transportation

• All other applicable Federal, Provincial and local safety and health regulations

In addition, our corporate safety philosophy includes the following vision statement.

We believe that the safety of employees is of utmost importance, along with quality, production, and cost-control. Maintenance of safe operating procedures at all times is of both monetary and human value, with the human value being greatest to the employer, the employee and the community. All injuries and accidents are preventable through establishment and compliance with safe work procedures.

TYPES OF WRITTEN SAFETY PLANS IN PLACE

Camp Sat Services Ltd. cares about our employees and strives to provide a safe work place and has put into place a number of written safety procedures and safe work practices. These provide guidance and direction for the safety issues they cover. The topics covered in written safety plans include the following:


HEALTH, SAFETYAND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Camp Sat Services Ltd. (CSSL) is committed to operating in a manner that seeks to achieve sustainable development and economic viability while continuing to safeguard the land and marine environment, the health and safety of employees and community.

To implement this policy CSSl will strive to:

1. Provide the management structure, personnel, resources and guidelines necessary to minimize adverse effects of its operations on the environment and human health and safety.

2. Provide and ensure all employees participate in appropriate worksite safety training.

3. Provide and ensure that all employees have and use the appropriate personal protective equipment.

4. To ensure the work environment is free of harassing behavior.

5. To ensure our fleet of equipment is in safe operating condition including appearance and maintenance.

6. To ensure that potential environmental impacts or concerns are brought forward prior to the commencement of a project and made aware to all employees and subcontractors through our Safety/Environmental Orientations and meetings.

7. CSSL will not allow any person(s) to work or remain on company premises, work site, when there is a reasonable cause to believe the individual may be a safety risk to themselves or others due to alcohol or substance abuse.

8. Monitor and evaluate the company’s performance in achieving the objectives of this policy and implement regular audits to achieve responsible self-regulation of the company’s operations. We will conduct periodic reviews by senior management of the effectiveness of the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental programs, update this Policy when necessary and reissue it to employees and the public when appropriate.

9. Ensure all incidents are investigated and documented.

10. Minimize waste and promote the conservation of environmental resources.

11. Comply with Federal/Provincial Environmental and Safety Acts and Regulations.
